i found the location very convenient, especially its nearness to liverpool street station. direct access to stansted airport was a definite plus. my room was neat and the environment was quiet. i used the kitchen to store some snacks in the fridge.
the pin code system for entry could benefit from being reset between guests for enhanced security.

The payment process caused some concern. I was asked to pay in cash. I also did not receive a receipt, which I found unusual.

The location IS superb. I found myself just a short walk from Liverpool Street station. The room I had included free Wi-Fi access and a television (VERY useful). The staff were amiable and readily available, so I could easily ask for assistance. Numerous restaurants and stores were located nearby, offering ample options for dining and shopping.
I noticed SLIGHT noise from the street at night when the windows were open.

I liked that Liverpool Street Station was near. It had trains and buses went to Stansted Airport. Nora Cafe was close. It had a cozy atmosphere and delicious food.
The room was on the third floor. Carrying bags up the narrow stairs was not easy.
